Today MyFM discussion topic is about what you will do if you have a lot of cash in hand. Many people called in and comment they will invest, buy unit trust, buy stock, buy property. One of the callers gave us a deep impression which is she actually will buy more insurances. In fact she is paying more than ten thousand a month for personal accident insurance, general liability insurance, and medical insurance. Sound crazy right, ten thousand paid to insurance company a month. However, I am sure her family and next generation will glad that she made such decision.

After planned the rustic furniture for our new house, the next decision that we need to make is curtain. We have bought some interior design magazines for reference but still can’t decide we should go for curtain or roller shades. Our house design is pretty modern, so actually we think roller shades is a better choice. We will continue our shopping this weekend but most properly will go for roller shades.

Its good news that finally our 3rd condo’s CF is released. We’re ever so excited over the new house. Now with the CF, we can now start to renovate and move in. What we need to do first is to equip our house with the appliances and furnitures. PP recently added a new DVD player to our household appliances list. In order for that to work, we will need to get a HDMI wall plate as well. Just in case you guys don’t know what it is; this is a device for transmitting digital streams in between the DVD player and the LCD TV. Besides that, we also want to install mounting bracket for tv so we can put up our TV on the wall.
