Its a mixture of ceasar salad vegies with mandarin oranges and grapes. It tastes very nice, there’s sweet and sour taste in it.

What you need is very simple:

a pack of ceasar salad vegies

one mandarin orange

about 10 – 15 grapes

topvalue sesame dressing

With your mandarin orange, you will need to cut them into halves and remove the seeds, if there’s any. Same goes for the grapes too. All you need to do is mix all the vegie, mandarin oranges and grapes with the sesame dressing. There.. enjoy your salad!

PP’s been coughing very badly. He recovered from a 3 weeks cough but lately it just got back again. He said it starts when the throat gets itchy. So I went online to find this cough / throat irritation remedy.

Its all very easy. Get a lemon and cut it into four halves. You’ll only need to use 1 piece of that cutted lemon when you make a cup of the honey lemon drink. Squeeze the lemon juice into the cup, remove the seeds. Add honey to about 2 to 3 spoonful. Can add more if you felt that the drink is too sour.

You’ll need to make this drink with warm water because it warm water helps to soothe the throat too. Warm water also helps to dissolve thick phlegm, it helps you to cough out the phlegm too. DO NOT add boiling water because it kills the good enzyme in the honey (I was told by the lady who sold me the honey).

Aiks, sorry for the late update. The site was under maintenance for the past weekend.

PP made his version of ” American Breakfast ” for me on last Saturday. Yummy! Yummy! It came with toast bread, sausages, baked beans and omelet. This tastes much better than the one we had at our previous Langkawi trip. PP’s version had more stuffs in it and it definitely cost lessthanten.

Here’s how to prepare the meal:

American Breakfast by philipcs
Rise and shine american breackfast, a hearty meal from PP to keep us going for the rest of the day.

Ingredients :

2 eggs

1/4 cup of milk for the omelet

4 sausages

2 pieces of bread

1/2 can of baked beans

Directions :

Starting with the omelet, beat the 2 eggs in a bowl with the milk. You may add some soy sauce and pepper to taste. Heat up a pan with some oil. PP uses olive oil, think its healthier. Pour the content into a pan to fry it until the surface of the omelet looks a little brownish.

Next, you will need to prepare the sausages. Defrost the sausages, then cut a few lines across the sausages to make sure that its thoroughly cook. Saute the sausages until it becomes little brownish too.

Heat up the baked beans using a pan or a microwave oven. PP chooses the microwave oven, and heated it up with a 1 minute timer.

Finally, toast the 2 slices of bread and you may serve the American Breakfast.
