Recently, we have installed an alarm system for our new home. Frankly speaking, we really under utilize this system. The reason I says that is because this system can control power point, connect to call center then they will verify and contact emergency department for help such as fire department, emergency medical assistance, police station. When the alarm triggered, the system will also call you and inform you which zone is panic. To prevent criminal we have to do our part as well.

Just back from a tea session with Victor. We only knew that he has changed job and working in a LCD TV maker company. Since he is one of the program manager, he can actually help us to buy a LCD TV with real cheap price. The condition is we cant get the latest model, must be 1 model older than the current model in market. However, still a very good deal and soon we will replace our 32″ LCD TV with at least 42″

We have received a list code for the tile that used by our condo developer. This is very important because we need stock up some tile for each model just in case we need to do some hacking job in future so we can make sure the tile that we use is the same as the original one. After we got the list, we immediately place order for porcelain tile because the out of stock. Sometime, some model of the tile only for particular project and will not re-produce anymore for public.
