Let’s continue with our sterling@pj exclusive report, part 2 = inspection of our new house.
This is our first time doing new house inspection, however, we have asked Leonard for his experience since he found 1xx defects for his new house kekeke…

We have brought the following tools:

• Masking tape - Mark the number on masking tape and stick on the defect. This way is visible and easy to be removed without leave any mark.
• Red marker pen - No need to explain further, to write down the number on masking tape.
• Torch light - this is a must to light up those dark areas to check the defect thoroughly.

Now let us show you some photos of our unit.

01. Looking up from inside of Sterling.

02. The lift lobby quite spacious.

03. The main entrance of our unit, the original 8ft door is very nice and classy. The quality is very good.

06. This is the yard. Very small. We actually want to put 2 air con compressors at the same time, we need to dry our clothes here. Not sure got enough space or not.

07. Kitchen. Saw the wall and door? We have planned to knock it down so we will relocate the sink and water inlet and outlet in front of window.

09. We like the sliding door especially the greenish color.

10. Looking down from our balcony. Opposite is Kelana Business Center.

11. This is our master bed room. Actually is not big enough to put in a king size bed.

12. Our master bed toilet, we like the color of the tiles.

13. The original shower head is pretty good in quality.

14. However, the basin is super small size.

15. We will built a wardrobe at the corner there.

16. This is second room. Third room also the same.

17. The corridor is very near our yard. So we will install a sliding window and grill to prevent theft.

21. Once we knock down the door wall, our kitchen will have more space.

Too bad, since 26 April 2008 until today, we are still waiting for CF from developer. Damn…. they already start charging us for maintenance fee but we can do anything for almost 2 months already……

We are deciding which game console to buy, PS3, Wii or Xbox360? Very hard to choose because all of them having different style of games, should we just get 3 of them? Crazy, we don’t have that much of money to spend. We think still better to look for some review about these 3 game consoles and compare them side by side. Action game? Will go for PS3, new way to play game like cooking mama? Will go for Wii and last online game? Will go for Xbox 360. aaahhhh, I don’t even know what kind of game we like to play.

I am looking for dell memory 1GB DDR for my cousin’s 2 years old laptop. If anyone letting go, please let me know. Besides, buying online I am really having hard time to find it maybe the model is too old and the shop not carry anymore. That’s why I always ask my friend, remember to get the memory as much as they can because after some time, the old model of memory will not available anymore.
