Our new condo is complete now. We have read the newspaper about the rental of our condominium is rising due to the developer is building a few more new commercial business centers around our condominium. Should we rent our new condo out for investment or we stay? In fact this is very good investment like our friend – Sasi’s Branson condo. He is collecting RM4000 per month which more than enough to pay the loan, condo service maintenance fees, government taxes. So rent or not rent?

We went to Prince Cafe at SS2, PJ for our dinner tonight. After the 1st try last month, I have hooked by their sliced beef with shanghai style vegetable rice. The style of the rice is similar to the Wax Meat & Vegetable Rice from wong kok char chan teng but instead of wax meat, they are using deep fried thin sliced beef. The beef is very tasty and a bit crunchy, the rice serves with sweet, but not too salty soy sauce, some steam vegetables, green beans and corns. They also give you extra sauce just in case you prefer stronger flavor.

On the other hand, yAuyAu ordered her favorite – nissin noodle with hot & spicy pork dices. The taste of the soup of the noodle is so so, just like normal nisson noodle soup that you can get it in any hong kong style restaurant. I usually don’t like this especially the hot & spicy pork dices, too salty for me.

As for the starter and drink, we ordered a borsch soup and a cold yin yong to share. In our opinion, kim gary’s borsch soup is nicer and the yin yong from kluang station is still the best. Other than nice foods and drinks, they also providing free WIFI (key is 78743996) so you can enjoy your meal and surfing at the same time.
