PP’s colleague told him that there’s a nice chicken rice at Kelana Jaya. Been staying at that area for so long and we’re still not aware about it. Shucks. So, I’ve been searching for it among the food blogs for this chicken rice stall. According to PP’s colleague, this stall is located at the corner shoplots, after Kelana Jaya’s LRT station. We do notice a restaurant everytime we pass by there. The chicken rice stall is located in that restaurant, named Restoran Yat Yeh Hing.
PP and I wanted to give it a try since both of us loves chicken rice. Especially those chicken rice balls. I wonder why, it does tastes good when its rolled into a ball. Haha. Anyway, they do not serve it at that stall. This stall sells both roasted and steam chicken. It seems that the steam chicken is more popular. You can see most of the patrons there ordered the steam chicken. Their chicken looks very fat and round. PP told me its those “yim” or castrated chicken. I wonder why?

We’ve ordered two types of chicken, roasted and steam. Wanted to to know which one tastes better. We actually don’t quite like it. The skin is thick and the meat is chunky and a little uncooked. I still prefer those that they’ll flatten the chicken meat before serving. As for the rice, its not enough fragrant as well. Hm… maybe I’ll head back to the malacca’s chicken rice shop at aman suria. Will introduce that the next time. Stay tuned! Oh, hmm you guys might want to try it out, after all different people have different taste.
