Everytime PP and I walk pass this shop, he’ll sure say lets eat here someday. So this one fine day, we finally went to try it out.
From what I’ve read from other food bloggers, this shop’s owner is from Kedah. It is said that her asam laksa tastes just like those in Penang.
This shop serves varieties of food. It ranges from various types of nasi lemak, to noodles like curry laksa and asam laksa. As for the beverages, they have desserts like longan drink, red bean soup and more.

PP and I are only craving for curry noodles. Hence we’ve ordered 2 bowls of curry noodle for each of us. The price for their curry laksa seems a little pricy if compared to those sold at food court. Upon serving our food, we then realize whey it costs more. They portion of noodles that they gave was too much. Much until when you see your bowl of noodles, you’re already full with it. What we would like to suggest to them is to cut down on their price and give adequate amount of noodles.

Anyway, our bowl of curry laksa comes with tau pok (dried beancurd), lots of small clams (i just love it), long beans, chunks of chicken and also bean sprouts. Taste wise, I would say that they won’t fail. But in the end, when you dig into your bowl, its too full and compact and it still gives you a feeling that you’re already full by looking at that bowl. Haha.. Hope I’m not too exaggerating. Anyway, go there and have a try. You might want to order a bowl to share out first.

My company’s photography club is looking for cheap hotels at Cameron Highland for our next field trip. This round we have combined two quarters budget to form a bigger event for our employees due to we have received feedbacks for previous trips about we only accept 20 members per trip so this trip we have get the budget for 60 persons. So far the hotels that we found online are quite reasonable in term of price and meal package and most properly we will settle with Equatorial Resort. We will share the photo after the trip, stay tuned!
Jacky Cheung’s concert is a superb one, as always! Thanks to PP for getting me VIP tickets.
We’re only 10 rows away from the stage. Goodness, that is really very near. This time round, I can really see him in person, and dun really need the projected screens anymore WOOHOO..
We’re already at Genting on early Sunday. We’ve played a few rounds at the theme park, walk walk at the First World shopping area and also had some snacks there. What PP liked the most at Genting is to have a cup of hot coffee while enjoying the cool weather at the outdoors.

So, that evening, we actually planned to go to Coffee Bean to enjoy his coffee. While we’re on the way there, we actually met the team of workers for JC’s concert. So I told PP, maybe we should have his coffee here instead, and maybe we can wait for JC to appear. Just as we’ve suspected, JC did appear, and he was on his way to the Arena of Stars for the night’s concert. Took some shots of him, on the spot! Thanks to PP again, even though PP didn’t even know that JC was already in the car while he was still snapping with his camera. Ha ha

Now, back to his concert, JC performed some songs from his current albums at the start. His sound was a little rough, due to being sick again. JC actually planned to cancel this last day of the concert, but I really have to thank him that he didn’t Its his 99th concert from the World Tour. The last one in the overseas. What I would like to say that his voice is as good as ever even when he’s sick. Bravo!

Then, he continued it with the part where he introduced himself, his life and then it is followed by the part where he sang songs for his wife and daughters. What I liked most in this concert is this part. JC inserted a short stage musical of Snow Wolf Lake + Perhaps Love ( Ru Guo Ai ). This part is really special, the mixture of his songs blends very well into this musical.

This leads to the encore part. JC presented us with some of his very best old hit songs. Wow, this is really a very very cool concert. Thanks to PP again for this GREATEST 10th anniversary gift! Muaks.
