Recently, we have bought weight benches from Internet. The price is reasonable with free shipping. This weight bench is able to train my tummy and hip. The features included 50lb. hand weights – equivalent to several pairs of hand weights, these hand weights put an entire set of weights in a single pair. Simply move the knob to your desired weight setting and lift. You can choose between 5 lbs. to 25 lbs. of resistance on each dumbbell for 50 lbs. of maximum resistance. Weight stand always keep your hand weights in reach, no matter your size. Giving you the ability to adjust for height and width, this handy weight stand always keeps your weights in the perfect position. Multi-position backrest – adjust the angle of your bench to incline, flat or decline, for versatility and proper exercise form. Adjustable seat – to accommodate many different exercises, the seat is adjustable as well as completely removable. Sewn vinyl seats – not only do they look nicer, but sewn seats are more comfortable and will last longer than vinyl seats that are just stapled on. Exercise chart – learn which exercises focus on what muscle groups and how to properly perform them.

Are you crazy over indonesian food? We recently found this restaurant named “Waroeng Penyet”, located at The Curve, Mutiara Damansara. The word “Waroeng” means a traditional hut in Indonesia that serve ranges choices of traditional authentic food with a reasonable price (unlike fine dining restaurants). The word “Penyet” means “Flattened” as most of the main dishes are being flattened. But this is just a Javanese-style of making the food unique as compared with other dishes. It does not affect in terms of taste or quality.

Some of the signature HALAL dishes are like Ayam Penyet (the original one), Empal Penyet, Ayam Bakar, Siomay Bandung (Fish Dumplings w/ Peanut Sauce), Chicken Satay and Chicken Soto. On top of all that, the factors that make Waroeng Penyet different than the other restaurants that serve similar dishes are the belacan chilli (sambal terasi) as they serve spicy and mild version. Their chilli is freshly made every morning in a very traditional way by the Yogyakarta-originated head chef. As for the drinks, their specialty drinks are Avocado Juice, Ice Cendol, Happy Soda and Teh Botol. All the dishes are priced reasonably to cater all markets here.

We’ve ordered a  Ayam Penyet (flattened fried chicken), Ikan Bakar (bbq fish), Gado Gado (mix salad in peanut sauce) and Sayur Asem (sour vegetable soup). The Ayam Penyet was very crispy, and served with belacan chilli. We liked the Ikan Bakar the most, the fish is very fresh and fried till very crispy. Its served with a black and sweet chilli. Its just like the Malay ikan bakar in Malaysia. The Sayur Asem, unfortunately was not to our liking. It resembles the tom yam soup, but lacking of spiciness. I guess its not our style, but I’m sure some of you out there will like it. Gado Gado on the other hand was very nice as well. Its a mixed salad, served with crunchy keropok, egg, cucumber, beancurd and layered with peanut sauce.

We are packing our stuff into boxes to prepare to move to new house. I can’t imagine we still have some many textbooks that used during our college time. We were browsing through those textbooks like networking, C++ programming, software engineering and etc. When we think back, we really passed back all these knowledge to our lecturer. :P Frankly speaking, except for networking like TCP/IP is useful to me, the rest are really useless now. Therefore we decided to donate these textbooks to those people who need it.
