If you’re looking for a nice claypot loh shu fun, maybe you can head over to Mama Kitchen. This restaurant is located at Taman Tun Dr. Ismail, at the row of shoplot behind Shakey’s Pizza. Heard that this shop owner is related to the famous claypot loh shu fun at Jalan Sultan at KL.

Our favorite from this shop are the claypot loh shu fun, roast pork wantan noodle and their homemade yong tau foo. The claypot loh shu fun is very simple, comes with an egg, minced meat and dashes of spring onion. Oh, it also comes with loads of pork liver. We just love it. The loh shu fun tastes just right, its neither too oily nor salty. I like the loh shu fun when its wet, whereas PP likes to wait for it to dry up a little.

Next, we’re served with the roast pork noodle and homemade yong tau foo. I like the noodle because it comes with a little bit of sweet sauce. I suspected its from the roast pork. Noodle is cooked just nice, not too soft. It comes with loads of fried garlic, roast pork and vegetable. As for the homemade yong tau foo, I find it just an ordinary side dish. I still prefer the yong tau foo from Jalan Ipoh.

Apart from these, they also do serve other ala-carte dishes, fried rice, fried noodles, soups and more. If you’re a claypot loh shu fun lover, I suggest you to try out this shop.
