The past weekend, we went to this nasi lemak stall at Sunway’s Mentari Business Park. We frequent this stall very often during those times when we’re still staying at Sunway. Still remember my other post about the nasi lemak and fried chicken stall at Subang Jaya’s SS14? Well, this Sunway stall is the the one that’s related to the owner over there.

This stall is operated by a friendly auntie and his husband. She usually serves the customer while her husband will be busy frying the chicken outside the stall. We actually preferred the food here. This stall serves a lot of varieties. They have curry vegetables, curry chicken, fried chicken, sambal cockles, egg, sambal ikan bilis with petai and lots more. PP is a frequent customer for that stall. He used to take-away for his ex-colleague’s breakfast and lunch.

Both of us ordered our usual nasi lemak with fried chicken. The owner uses plain white rice and it is best taken with the curry chicken’s gravy. We’ve also topped our rice with curry vegetables and my favourite sambal cockels. The fried chicken is the best. Crunchy skin on the outside and tender meat in the inside. Its just like our homemade fried chicken. I also like their sambal, its sweet, and has loads of anchovies and onions.
