Sarawak handmade noodle is cooked dry, and mixed with a little soya sauce. Its served with minced meat, vegie, fried dumpling, few pieces of char siew and topped with chopped spring onion. They’ll also give you a bowl of clear soup just in case that you felt that the noodle is too dry.

We first tried this noodle at Sunway NTS foodcourt. The stall at Ming Tien, Taman Megah, is actually the very same stall that we had last time at Sunway. Guess they’ve decided to move to a better location. This handmade noodle seems quite healthy to me. Overall, the noodle is not too salty and not too oily either. Its a light meal, best taken during dinner.

Yup, this is a good one. For the past two Sundays, i have had this for supper. Taste real good. However, for big eater, you might have to order size up or 2 plates, because the portion of 1 plate is not that many.
