Same day after the K9 Olympic Day show at 1Utama ….. Its a very hot day, hence we wanted to grab some cold drinks to cool ourselves down. So we went to our usual makan place at 1Utama, Wong Kok Char Chan Teng. This is another hong kong style restaurant, apart from the famous Kim Gary. Some of the food served here are cheese baked rice, french toast, hong kong style milk tea and lots more.

PP and I both ordered rice for each of us. PP ordered Wax Meat & Vegetable Rice and I ordered a Sweet & Sour Ribs & Vegetables Rice. PP’s rice smells very good with the mushrooms and shrimps bits in it. Each mouthful of rice you take will surely be accompanied with mushroom or shrimps. His rice comes with a big mushroom, waxed meat and some veggie.

As for my Sweet & Sour Ribs & Vegetables Rice, the ribs are a little dry. I think this will suit those people that mostly eats chicken breast meat, coz its dry. It’ll be better if they don’t overcook the ribs, and they add a bit more sweet sauce in it.
